Is the polycarbonate sheet clear plastic

No. You can see light through it, but it is not clear like acrylic or glass would be. It comes in two pieces of layered polycarbonate which has a boxed effect structure.

Are the stickers in this canopy a part of the built or can I remove it??

I don't recall there being any stickers on the canopy. There are none on it now so I presume they are just advertising stickers so can be removed quite safely.

I want 4000mm length. Getting it throgh the house might be a issue as there is no rear access. How flexible is the sheet?

You will get through house it is very lightweight and flexible

Outward opening door. Anyone know how much lower the outside edge is than the fixing brackets? e.g. lower than lowest fixing hole?

Might just be slightly lower than fixing bracket before fixing check door clearance that’s what we did
