Has always tasted great through the years. The amount of vitamins, minerals, & protein in convenient pkgs is awesome. Less than $10 for 22 servings is unbeatable. Even tastes great in powdered milk! Perfectly filling.

Mix a packet with about one half cup of plain Greek yogurt or to your taste preference and it becomes an incredibly delicious and rich dessert that’s beyond healthy for you!! It tastes like a rich chocolate mousse that’s packed full of 13 grams of Protein, 3 times the amount of Vitamin D in a cup of skim milk and 3 times the Calcium too ( that’s not including what you get from the Greek yogurt) which makes it a powerhouse for energy and/or weight loss and if I’m not careful with how often I partake of this “treat” it might even help with gaining weight making it a healthier choice for any Elderly individual having trouble keeping their weight up. Carnation also packed in 21 vitamins and minerals in every single envelope. My Son loves it in his milk for a healthy addition to breakfast or any time he wants something that packs some flavor without piling on the sugar. It also makes a wonderful malt or shake and can serve as a meal replacement if desired. Between the two of us we’ve gone through 10 boxes so far. If you’re on the fence about it, give it a try! I’m gonna try using it as a chocolate pie (with the plain Greek yogurt) and see how well it goes over with the extended family. We’ve only tried the Rich Milk Chocolate version so far.

I love these instant breakfast drinks. And this is a great deal too. 20 for $9. Heck yes when 10 at our store here in town cost me $8.86. I love having one every morning instead of making food and coffee. It makes me just feel better too with the vitamins and minerals packed inside. I enjoy the thick creamy smoothness of this drink and it brightens my mornings up a little too.
