First learned of this when visiting my kids in Denver - the mile-high city. It's common there for acclimating to the altitude, and to enhance exercise. Used it while there, and then ordered it to my home after that visit -- I now use it before exercise for better sessions. It works great, and my GP said it is fine (although I will also get confirmation from my cardiologist at my next apt). The only thing I don't like is not being able to tell when a can is empty. This has already messed me up as you can tell ZERO difference between a full can and an empty one... no weight difference at all, and the "numbers" on the can don't seem to give you any hints. Be sure to mark/date cans w a Sharpie, I ended up wasting 2 cans because I wasn't sure which was empty - seriously, it's impossible to tell! UPDATE: I did try to mark w a sharpie on the can for each press, but even that doesn't help since I am nowhere near the number that is predicted on the can and I'm suspicious it's empty. Ugh. Removed a star but will continue using unless another brand stands out.

I have coincidentally had to deal with Spreetail regarding other products in the past. Once again, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHATSOEVER! I purchased these O2 cannisters in the first part of 2024. The return window is not effective for a product that will be used many months to a year out. I attempted to use the oxygen over a year ago only to find the canister was empty even though I had stored it properly. 36 years in Anesthesia has certainly taught me about oxygen. I wrote off the oxygen issue because the Spreetail people informed me of the 30 day return window which is absurd! They even admitted the O2 canister should have a shelf life of 10 years. The other problem I experienced with Spreetail involved a section of chimney pipe for a wood burning stove that had specs. that were not published with the item yet made it unusable with other pipe except the specific brand. I am a little vague because I am trying the limit the review size. The bottom line, however, is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANYTHING SPREETAIL! They will simply take your money and forget whether the product is satisfactory or not. You will be stuck with it.
