That's what I made with them! They are plastic and I had no problem getting the labels off!

The bottle opening? I haven't measured but I would say about an inch

No. Water does not contain caffeine. Your question confused me so much that I thought it was a trick question and doubted myself until I had to Google if there was secret caffeine in water. And no water does not contain caffeine because it's water.
