Invaluable Tool
It does it's job, and it does it well. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.I have a roll of clear TPU I had sitting in a non-air-tight bag for about 6 years in the basement and decided to see how bad moisture impacted it. (It was really bad, as can be seen in one of my pictures.) Threw it in the drier with the recommended settings and got impressive results; it dried out the filament and made it printable again.I also recently purchased a spool of Elegoo rapid PETG to try out the brand and was disappointed with its performance out of the box as it was laden with moisture. I would have been annoyed and writing an email to support because I had an unusable spool of filament, but this drier came in to save the day. Now I'm just annoyed, but at least I have a usable spool of filament.Having saved two spools and used this to guarantee an additional two spools in my collection were good to work with before large prints, I can say my investment has already paid off.(Included in my review are also thermal images of the drier running; it's pretty interesting to see the channel the hot air is blown through by the fans and how it heats the spools.)I am however disappointed with the quality of the touchscreen; it feels very cheap, has visual artifacts when pressing on it, and mine arrived cracked. (You can see some hairline cracks light up in the display itself when pressing on the screen to use the interface and they go away after a few seconds.) The screen is still fully functional, just looks bad when you need to touch it.

Excellent product. Works great and is easy to use.

Great little dryer.
With the humidity in my area steady at about 60% all year, this thing really helps me dry my filament out. I would totally recommend this to folks looking to try out filament.

Larger footprint than you'd expect, poor touchscreen experience
I appreciate the two spool capacity and ease of use. I can quickly drop in a couple rolls, set it and leave it to run without issue. However the case configuration is a bit weird to me. I want to have the screen up front, but I need a lot of empty space behind it to give the cover enough room to swing open, so it requires a much larger footprint than you'd expect. It took me awhile to figure out a good place for it on my table with the 3D printer. Also, the touch screen feels fragile, cheap, and not very responsive. It flexes a lot when pressing on it, and the lit up numbers fade in and out if you press hard (which you need to). I'm used to it after using it awhile, but I don't love it.

Saves old brittle filament
I used to just run filament and normally it was fine. Then I pulled out some older spools of PLA that had been sitting for years. If you looked at it funny, it would snap.I read up and realized that was a symptom of 'wet' filament.Bought this device and dried the wordt two rolls for 12 hours and they ran through my Ender 3 V3 SE like a champ. Now any roll that's spent time laying around gets 8-12hrs in the drier with a dessicant packet in the hub getting dried out and then used and sttraight into a 1 gallon ziplock for storage. This drier is easy to use, can do two rolls at once and has given me great results.

Terrible Customer Support!
Terrible customer support!Right out of the box, this device hasn’t worked. Turn the power on and the touchscreen power button comes on, but doesn’t respond to touch. Never used the device one time.I have been fighting with the company since receiving this item in January. They refuse to send me a new device and have sent out a new screen, that they want me to replace. It’s been in the mail for months now and they have stopped responding to my emails. Amazon won’t assist because it is now past my 90 days.I get that things break, but I’ve paid $90 for a brick and can’t seem to get help from anyone. Not ok, Creality!

Quality is fair
Works well but display has been dropping characters after only a month.

So far AWESOME!
Tried another unit but it wouldn't get hot enough. This unit hit target temp or slightly higher in multiple parts of the chamber. Only bad is bottom gets so hot it damaged the wood table I was using (split the glue line between boards). So, I recommend for PETG, ASA, etc. but make sure to put a hot pad of some kind under it.

Good filament dryer
I did a lot of research before I purchased this. While I never buy the most expensive thing... I never buy the cheapest thing either. This filament dryer seemed to be in the middle when cost was concerned, and being able to dry two spools at a time (and even print with them, if I wasn't using my AMS) is a real plus.Never had an issue with it (although it doesn't seem to have a place to vent out the humid air)Anyways, I'm happy with the purchase. No complaints.

Great in the beginning
Great machine in the beginning, really helped print quality, however, after about 9 to 12 hrs of use fans started making a grinding ( or off balance noise) it was random some times you would start it made the noise then start it again and it was fine then would make noise after starting had to return to bad really like the machine.Update..Ordered a second one and machine is working great love able to have a roll in the machine and printing from it while another can just be drying out for use.
