Very good quality but a little confusing instructions
When I was putting the arms on to hold the part where the steering wheel goes I thought the screw on knob goes through the bar but turns out it just pushes it to hold it against the bar but it came out good definitely something I will recommend

New or like new?
Do not recall buying this as “like new”. Was not in its original packaging, missing pieces, no instructions. I’m a bit miss pleased with this so far!
