Breathe Right, Clear Nasal Strips, Small/Medium, 10 Pieces

Only thing that has helped reduce my pregnancy snoring! Can breathe better at night, doesnt get rid of it completely but does help massively! Found the beige ones didnt work for me at all they didnt stick but the clear ones are great. Bit pricey but worth it for me as i know i wont be buying them forever

I was absolutely convinced these would do nothing. I have snored horribly all my life. Loud and long. I didn't think something like this would work for me at all. But I figured I should at least try before I went for more expensive/serious options. I've only been using these for a few nights but I am absolutely sold. There's still a small amount of noise/heavy breathing occasionally, but nothing compared to what I'm used to.

These strips genuinely work they open up my nasal passages and make it so much easier to breathe through my nose, especially at night. It’s such a relief! The only downside is that they occasionally come off before morning which can be a bit frustrating. But overall they’ve made a big difference to my sleep.

I have a deviated septum and wanted to try if it impacts my breathing AND I felt dizzy when I first tried these - from all the extra oxygen! So it definitely works in terms of improving the airflow but unfortunately these don’t stick very well. After 20-30 minutes one of the sides starts to peel off and it’s so annoying that you have to take it off. Perhaps works for some but not for me. I like that they are transparent though - made a massive difference on a walk (for 20 minutes).

Brilliant, instant difference in my husbands breathing. He sounded like an old fashined telephone heavy breather, if you're old enough to remember those. It was getting on my nerves so asked him lots of questions about why he did not breathe through his nose, looked up his answers on internet, they suggested theses strips as a solution. He is going to try them when he goes to sleep to see if it stops his snoring.

Very sticky and painfuI to remove. I was infuriated to learn, via reading the small print in the instruction leaflet, that the 'paper pouch where the strips are packed may contain natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions'. Vital piece of information for someone who has a latex allergy - i.e. ME! If I had read this on the website I would not, obviously, have made a purchase. In my case, then, a complete waste of time and money. (One star as you can't submit a review without selection a star rating which in my case would have been zero.

I bought this product to help with sleeping (deviated septum), and overall, it works as described. The material is firm and comfortable, and it stays in place throughout the night. I noticed a difference in how I breathe almost immediately. However, I would strongly recommend measuring your nose before ordering. I went with the standard size, but in hindsight, I think the large would have fit better. The current size works, but it feels a bit snug, and I imagine a better fit would make it even more effective. If you're unsure, go a size up — better to have a bit more room than too little!

Bought this before and it was good . Bought it again and this time it does not perform the same. Quality went down.
