Only thing that has helped reduce my pregnancy snoring! Can breathe better at night, doesnt get rid of it completely but does help massively! Found the beige ones didnt work for me at all they didnt stick but the clear ones are great. Bit pricey but worth it for me as i know i wont be buying them forever

I was absolutely convinced these would do nothing. I have snored horribly all my life. Loud and long. I didn't think something like this would work for me at all. But I figured I should at least try before I went for more expensive/serious options. I've only been using these for a few nights but I am absolutely sold. There's still a small amount of noise/heavy breathing occasionally, but nothing compared to what I'm used to.

I love how affective these are as I’ve always had trouble breathing through my nose, especially at night. They are comfortable but can feel somewhat uncomfortable to take off. However that shows the quality of security and knowing it won’t just fall off in your sleep. I use these more often than once at night because of how effective it is at aiding better breathing. Having smaller facial features hasn’t stopped these from working and are still a good size and I get good use out of them. For my use personally, I do run through a pack fairly quickly (less than a week) and £4.70 can add up quickly. Nonetheless I think they are definitely worth the money!

These are good but not brilliant the sticky does not stay on all night

These truly work! My partner snores horribly, but when they wear these, they essentially just breathe loudly instead. These also work for situations where you feel stuffy and need to get bit more air through your nose; like when you have a cold or your allergies are flaring up. They may not relieve the issue fully, but they have made me more comfortable when using them in these situations.

Very sticky and painfuI to remove. I was infuriated to learn, via reading the small print in the instruction leaflet, that the 'paper pouch where the strips are packed may contain natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions'. Vital piece of information for someone who has a latex allergy - i.e. ME! If I had read this on the website I would not, obviously, have made a purchase. In my case, then, a complete waste of time and money. (One star as you can't submit a review without selection a star rating which in my case would have been zero.

Brilliant, instant difference in my husbands breathing. He sounded like an old fashined telephone heavy breather, if you're old enough to remember those. It was getting on my nerves so asked him lots of questions about why he did not breathe through his nose, looked up his answers on internet, they suggested theses strips as a solution. He is going to try them when he goes to sleep to see if it stops his snoring.

Bought this before and it was good . Bought it again and this time it does not perform the same. Quality went down.
