With Always FlexProtect, you may even forget you are wearing a pad, Directions To use, unfold the sanitary napkin and place it inside your underwear, ensuring adhesive strip is against underwear. I don't know why these aren't more popular than any other period pads that Always make. I happened to try these once and leaks are almost impossible now. Before, on my heavy days, I'd have to be careful standing up after sitting for a long time, because it was likely I would get a leak. With this, I'm confident that the pad will be able to absorb it and fully absorbs it, without leaving a feeling of wetness. It's also super soft, not plasticky, comfortable and really sticks to your underwear. Honestly gives me more confidence on my heavy days.
