I will be honest that I received everything that was pictured and described. I am happy to say that for whatever reason, I also received 2 threaders! It's a bonus I wasn't expecting. I love the little case. The scissors aren't that great but I'm not hurt by it. I only gave this item a 4 star rating because only a couple of the needles tell me what size they are. I'm too new at the craft to understand what I'm looking at. That's not the companies failing. I would have liked to see an insert describing what I have (specifically sizing) as well as how these items fit together. If they have any specific use? There is a variety of styles so I'm not sure. Came on time. Was a great value. I just won't be able to use it until I get more experience. I just don't think it's beginner freindly for that reason as well as lack of included information.

Pros: I was pleased with how many sizes of hollow needles and the nice wooden handles. The scissors, threaders, sewing needles and the plastic box are a plus too! The price is good too. Cons: My set didn’t come with any instructions. Also the thinnest hollow needles are the ones I’m most interested in - the ones that are used for punch needle embroidery (also known as Russian punch needle embroidery) - and not for the larger yarn ones for rugs. There are about six thinner needles that go into a blue aluminum handle, (see my picture) and the needles are always coming out of that handle, no matter how hard I try to get them in tight or whether I use a couple of plyers. Too bad the needles and handle are not threaded so they could screw together. Glueing them together is not the answer because then you would never be able to change the needle. The other issue with this blue handled set is that it is very uncomfortable to hold, the square boxy base of the needle is the part I hold onto the most (partly to try and keep it together with the blue handle) and that piece ends up making my thumb sore because of the corners on it. I will be looking to purchase a different set.
