**Q: Do you get the pins ?**
A: no only perm lotion, end papers and neutraliser, you supply your own perm curlers.

**Q: What comes in the box**
A: Waving lotion 55ml,neutraliser 65ml, instructions, end tissues, applicator pipe and a sponge. Hope this helps.

**Q: Would I need 2 packs to do shoulder length hair**
A: Probably as it is only end perm. Depends on how thick or long your hair is.  My hair is short and curly and this is plenty. You can get full perm ones as well.

**Q: Can I use this on coloured treated hair**
A: In the past, I have used it on colour treated hair, but not to produce tight curls, and not leaving it on very long., just to produce a bit of a bend to help with styling. Any chemical product has dangers, hence the need for a test curl. It isn't an expensive product, and as long as you watch the timing, and use larger rather than smaller curlers, it should be fine. Don't try it without a test curl though.
