Walnut Hollow 23873 6.5 by 5.3 by 4.25-Inch Crate, Mini

Bought this for my sister-in-law bridal shower for centerpieces. such a great product. Just keep in mind that this crate is small.

Poorly made. Very small and fall apart easily. They came damaged and very rough. If you're crafty and using them to display something they would work great. However if people will be handling them or you plan on putting something in and out of them I suggest getting something else! They will not hold up.

I bought these for a Jungle Safari themed Birthday Party for a client. They were actually a little smaller than I expected but that's because I didn't read the description not because the retailer didn't provide the stats. I love them no less. I used them on the dessert table as cupcake holders to add some dimension and texture.

A few of the slats started coming up as soon as I took it out of the box, but it was easily fixed with wood glue. The inside of the handles were a bit rough but I sanded them down a bit. It's great for projects and crafts, but the one i received needed a bit of preparation before it was ready to be used.

Needed something to raise an indoor plant to window level from a table. Had to be sturdy enough to hold a ceramic pot full of soil, (12"pot). This little crate is built a lot better than I would have imagined. Well made and not cheap looking. Its taking good care of the plant, being very sturdy and stable. For this applecation I would reccomend this little crate to anyone.

I received the crate broken and it wasn’t from transit. You can tell the nails are poorly put into the wood. Cute and would serve a purpose if it wasn’t broken.

I was excited for my items until I saw them and it wasn’t broken in the transit because the crates BROKE THE NAILS POPPED PUT , the crate was slanted back and forth who ever made these had no care about doing it correctly luckily I didn’t hurt my hand picking them up pulling them out of the box . I’m disappointed bc I had plans to do projects with these crates and the fact that the person who put these together didn’t care to do it properly and cost me time / money and now I have nothing that was unfortunately the last of my income. They were not worth salvaging in anyway . Please send me a refund .

Work so wonderfully! We used them next to our bed in our RV for my husbands side to keep his things. Painted ours white too!

So wow I don't normally get excited by a box but wow again this us a miniaturised crate to every angle whilst it's built isn't the best it could be (Rough unfinished wood and some loose staples) the list of ideas for this amazing item are endless. We do a ton of reviews on YouTube so this is perfect for staging products in and placed near for photos. Not much to say about it other than if you're looking for a very cool box that you can use as a gift box (Place shampoos in and bath items) or Stationary organiser it really is the best we could find. Let's give this the low down : PROS - Size and intracate nature of the crate is just amazong. - Priced well. - Great for photography. CONS - Rough edging but not awful So to conclude this really has become a regular item in my studio now for photography and I'm sure you will also find some great uses for it.

Perfect size for what i need it for

A nice little box to keep my pens and back door keys in but expensive I would say for what it is as the wood doesn't feel particularly strong.

For $16 I’d expect a better quality box not made in China. I can go to the dollar store and pick one of these up for $3.

I am using this as a small riser for my tiny entertainment-centre device, with space to put the extra hard drives underneath. I had hoped to be able to put the device inside, but the inside dimensions are a bit too small. I think this may have been an error of calculation on my part. My only disappointment is I had hoped to use it on its end and have the bottom face the room, but the wood there is a different type and not the slatted look I had hoped for. However I am fully satisfied with the purchase, and these are just my perfect-world wishes :) I am using it fully upside down instead.
