Whats the difference between allen & heath qu-16c rack mountable compact digital mixer, chrome edition and this one?

Nothing important that I know of. I think the chrome edition is simply a different color scheme. It originally came out with an updated firmware version that added some cool stuff. But you can update the non-chrome edition to the same firmware.

Does this work on pc because I asked Full Compass and they said no bu I checked manufacturer site and they said yes?

Hello Yes You can connect the QU consoles to a PC or Mac to stream 24 channels of audio to a DAW. The QU consoles will also work as a controller for said DAW. However, there is no application for PC or mac to Control the QU console. If you want to do that you will have to use the QU-pad app for Ipad. Thanks from 8thstreet Music
