Apply with an Annie Sloan brush. Paint one or two coats. Drying time is approximately 30 minutes, depending on conditions. - SEALING: Chalk Paint should be sealed with Chalk Paint Wax or Chalk Paint Lacquer to protect and finish. Apply wax using a lint-free cloth or Wax Brush. Work the wax into the Chalk Paint and wipe away the excess before leaving to dry. Lacquer can be applied with a brush or roller. - MULTIPLE SURFACES: Chalk Paint adheres to most surfaces such as wood, glass, metal, plastic and old painted surfaces etc. You rarely need to sand or prime before painting. You can start with the fun part right away! - GET CREATIVE: Chalk Paint can be used for many different paint effects. Apply a generous layer and sand back after waxing to achieve a vintage, distressed appearance. Add a little water and apply it thinly for a smooth, contemporary look. Watered down, Chalk Paint can be made into a wash for furniture and floors or used to dye fabric. - AFTERCARE: Wash brushes in water, even if the paint is dry. To maintain your finish, clean with a soft damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol. - ECO FRIENDLY: Annie Sloan Chalk Paint is child friendly, and has low VOC's. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0D3YW9BZM | | Best Sellers Rank | 226,070 in DIY & Tools ( See Top 100 in DIY & Tools ) 348 in Furniture Paint | | Brand Name | Annie Sloan | | Colour | Napoleonic Blue | | Colour Code | #292447 | | Container Type | Tin | | Coverage | 70 square feet per 500 milliliters | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars (5) | | Dry Time In Hours | 2 | | Finish Type | Matte | | Full Cure Time | 2 Hours | | Included Components | Mounting Hardware, User Manual | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor, Outdoor | | Is Waterproof | False | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Volume | 500 Millilitres | | Item Weight | 0.9 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Annie Sloan | | Model Name | P006NBL.5001.01 | | Model Number | P006NBL.5001.01 | | Paint Type | Water-based | | Part Number | AS_CHALK500ML | | Size | 1 count (Pack of 1) | | Special Features | No sanding or priming.
