It's not listed where it would normally be in size chart.** A: MD means medium **Q: How are these for the gym or other athletic purposes?** A: The reason I purchased these was for gym/athletic use. They are mostly cotton with just enough elasticity to make them really comfortable. **Q: I have a 26 inch waist and the spandex version fit a little loose would these fit any better?** A: I am a 30 inch waist and these fit normal to tight on me, so they may be a little big for a 26 inch waist but probably not that bad given the type of underwear. You’ll probably be fine with these but it’s up to you. **Q: I order size l for 2(x)ist briefs, should also get a l for these thongs or xl?** A: I'd stick to Large, I wear Large in briefs as well. My first time ordering a set of thongs I went with XL and ended up with a loose pouch. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Solamente envian 1 *by D***M on 24 June 2024* Cuidado al comprar el anuncio dice pack de 3 y solamente envian 1 Por eso les doy 1* Por lo demas esta bien ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ STRING 2(X)IST EN TAILLE S *by G***G on 17 September 2023* UN STING AVEC UN SUPPORT PARTICULIER A L'ARRIERE QUI FAIT CA DIFFERENCE; ATTENTION AU CHOIX DE VOTRE TAILLE CAR CE STRING TAILLE TRES GRAND, ET EN CE QUI ME CONCERNE J'AI PRIS DU S ALORS QUE HABITUELLEMENT JE MRENDS DU L.
