Like the item but it has a broken piece. When you click on company support to get help there is none, it takes you straight to a 404 page website not found. :(

Terrible!
Terrible, a very bad tufting gun, a very bad kit. Mine arrived incomplete, and the gun itself is of awful quality — it tears both the thread and the fabric. I’ve been working in the tufting field for a long time and have made many rugs, but this is the first time I’ve encountered something like this. They refused to refund me, and I can’t return it because I live far abroad. In short, I’m very disappointed. Very bad, I do not recommend buying it.
