Do these bags contain fiberglass? I wanted to use them as a filter in masks, but now some doctors are saying that some vacuum bags contain fiberglass.

Yes, the vacuum cleaner bag contains materials for ordinary dust masks. It is made of 5 layers of nonwoven fabrics, including 3 layers of spunbond and 2 layers of meltblown nonwoven fabrics, but not fiberglass ( Fiberglass is fragile and cannot be used to make vacuum bags), and we do not recommend converting it into a mask because they are not medically sterilized and cannot meet the hygienic requirements of masks. Thanks!

Will this product fit a bissell biggreen powerforce commercial upright vacuum?

Yes. The BGU1451T, or better known as the Bissell Powerforce. Your Bissell Commercial powerforce uses Style 7 bags like the ones in your question. Honestly, these bags are better than the name brand ones and are worth the price. They filter so much better and don't clog up as easily as the single wall paper ones. Your vacuum also uses style 7 belts as well.

Can I purchase these vacuum bags is less quantity than 20? Can someone provide me a link?

Pretty sure they come in packs of 10, but you may have to look at a different supplier.

Is this the correct vacuum bag above ? for my bissell powerforce model 1398 ? the bags i had were bissel upright style 1 & 7

They should be the right bag for style 1/7 Bissell.
