Logitech Combo Touch iPad Air 13 inch M2 M3 & M4 - Midnight Black

BEST CASE AVAILABLE! This is my third and final multi-function iPad case! I have tried 2 other keyboard cases that were less expensive - trying to save money. So frustrated by the poor design, so I bit the bullet and got this Logitech case. OMG! I wish I had bought it sooner! The battery life is fantastic, the case is solidly constructed, the keyboard actually feels like a real keyboard, the track pad works so smoothly, and the stand hold my iPad at a variety of angles. The case detaches with a pull from the keyboard, and will hug itself back to the keyboard without having to line it up, get my glasses, or turn on the light. It just clicks in magnetically. Great value for the money, even though it’s pricey. I genuinely feel like I have a MacBook Pro with the track pad and keyboard functionality. I have dropped and knocked my iPad around, and my car likes to sit on it - it holds up great! High marks for protection.

Very easy to put together. Very sturdy case, big touch pad, great keyword. First I was sent wrong product, probably a careless grab of wrong version of product. Return process for erroneous has not been very smooth, truthfully, but I am in possession of the correct product now & like it very much!

Note that Amazon indicates that this product has a high return rate, which is very understandable. Don’t even bother getting it and bypass the return process. We’ve used Logitech keyboards for iPads for over 10 years. We have never had an issue with them until now. The keyboard regularly stops inputting information on the iPad. You will be typing along and look back at what you have written and there are misspelled words, since certain letters are missing. The trackpad will lock up the screen, again, regularly, you can no longer move the screen with your finger OR the trackpad in the active application.. The only thing you can do is move the trackpad to the bottom and click out of the current app. Sometimes, when you “close” the keyboard, it activates the Do Not Disturb - which, if you have multiple devices, puts them ALL in DND. I will be waiting for a call, and it won’t show on my phone, because THIS keyboard put my account in DND. Very poor quality materials and workmanship. At three months the rubber frame on the bottom that holds the iPad in place started separating from the back (stand) of the keyboard. For about a week, that was OK, but the separation kept getting bigger. THEN the left side started separating. I contacted customer service and requested a refund. They would not honor that, they had me jump through a number of hoops (and asked for the same information, proof of purchase, invoice (same thing), name and shipping address) at least three (3) different times. Finally received a new one. Still locks and misses inputting characters and the trackpad locks the screen. The ONLY time I use the trackpad is when I have to quit out of an application because this device had locked the screen. For $229 if would expect a much, much better product. Logitech should be ashamed of charging that for this very poorly made and functioning product.

This is my first non-Apple smart iPad cover with keyboard. It has several differences of the Apple version which some are pros and some are cons. The iPad does sit inside the case itself which makes it more protective for the iPad especially for kid use. The back flap needs to be pulled out to sit up on a table which is flimsy and doesn’t work great. It does not stay in place well. The keyboard is detachable which is fantastic for the ability to use the iPad vertically and not deal with the keyboard. The keyboard can be removed and snapped back on to sit on the back and out of the way. The keyboard itself works great. This is very different than Apple Smart Case and worth the consideration for price point and these distinct differences. Longevity will be the only concern at this point.

Summary: Great keyboard for desk or table use, but not ideal for on-the-go. The trackpad struggles to register clicks on soft surfaces like laps or couches, and the kickstand takes up significant space. Note that this product adds noticeable weight to your iPad. The standout feature is the detachable keyboard, which lets you switch to tablet mode without removing the case. Full Review: I purchased this keyboard about six months ago while studying for a designation, using my iPad primarily for note taking at a desk. For that purpose, it worked great and performed exactly as expected. Over the past three months, however, my usage has shifted to more casual, on-the-go settings typing on my lap or while laying out on the couch. In those situations, the keyboard falls short. The trackpad is difficult to click and select on anything other than a hard, flat surface, which has been my biggest frustration. The kickstand design also takes up more space than expected, making portable use awkward. At times, I’ve found myself detaching the keyboard out of frustration just to use the iPad as a tablet. That said, the detachable keyboard remains my favorite feature . You can switch between keyboard and tablet mode without ever removing the protective case. Bottom line: If you plan to use this at a desk or stationary setup, it’s a solid choice. If you need something lightweight and portable-friendly, I’d recommend exploring other options.

I love this case. I have purchased several over the years and this was the best. It protects my tablet. It’s compact and easy to carry. I like the color and the keyboard is easy to use. It’s worth the money.

A replacement for a new iPad. Nice backlighting- no internal battery- it operates off of the iPad power. The keys have a nice touch and feel.

I wish I could review this case higher, but I simply cannot. The product when received out of the box is perfect. The keyboard types great, the ipad feels protected, and the mousepad is huge (though sometimes too big causing false inputs while typing). Although it does *significantly* increase the weight of the iPad, I did not mind that weakness too much. HOWEVER! After using the case for just a few months, the soft plastic the iPad is inside of (not the keyboard part), has gone completely loose on me in a way I’ve never seen an iPad case do before. There are numerous parts of the case where the soft plastic is bending in on itself and the volume keys (which are two pieces of hard plastic clipped onto the softer plastic of the case are completely falling out as the plastic has gone so loose. This is completely unacceptable for such an expensive case and the sole reason I would not recommend this product to anyone, even though it feels great out of the box.

Works great! Turned my 13" ipad into a macbook air

Edge of the cover peels off after few months. I had a Logitech cover for my old iPad for many years and it is still solid and nice today. But this new cover for my iPad Air 2026 M4, is not last for even one year. I am overall a Logitech fan but this product really disappointed me. Now trying to negotiate with Logitech customer service and see what they can do for me. Update #1: Logitech online support is unavailable, now I have to call them. Will not change my review before a get any satisfying customer service.

This made a perfect keyboard for the Apple iPad. Pricing was competitive and quality brand did the trick. The design of the keyboard is actually much better than the original from Apple. It has a better protection for your iPad.

Couple of bugs after use, I would say buy the one provided by apple, that is way better

This is an excellent choice for keyboard. Magnetic cover attaches easily and releases when folded back. Strong magnet (especially if a little bit of finger gets in the way). Keyboard responsive as it should be.
