Great support
I was concerned when I read that this item is returned frequently. I can understand why. There are seven small hooks at the front to fasten this bra! It takes patience and practice to figure out how to successfully manage. That being said, I have small, adept fingers and I figured out how to smoothly attach with ease after two tries. The fit is snug and supportive. The fabric is breathable and comfortable. The design is sexy so I have felt feminine and confident even as I recover from surgery.I purchased 4 in different colors and have no regrets. I can continue to use these bras long after I heal for use whenever I need added support during sports activities.

Hallelujah! Post-op breast augmentation bra for the win!
I purchased so many compression bras following my breast augmentation (implants, no drainage, small incisions underneath - for context) in December. So many other bras were itchy on the inside from the stitching or backing of zippers - hello, sensitivity is heightened folks! Or, even worse, the bra line was right on top of my incisions, causing pain and irritation to the point I would tuck a (dry, clean) washcloth or small hand towel underneath to create a buffer - my husband called them skirts, smh, lol.Right before I was about to give up and settle for the makeshift skirts and expensive crap bras, I tried this bra. Hallelujah, angels singing and everything!!!The material is smooth and comfy; no itchy stitching or zippers. It has adjustable straps AND adjustable front closure. The ability to adjust straps is awesome, but to adjust front closure - YES, someone gets it! - as different days the swelling is different, so support changes day to day or week to week. Not to mention, as the implants “settle and fluff”, my “size” going from fully swollen to settled, will change and I will be able to adjust the front closure as needed versus having to buy smaller compression bras. I cannot stress enough how being able to adjust the compression so as to not be in pain or to let “the girls” breathe a little is GLORIOUS. This bra also had enough material along the bottom that the band isn’t on top of the incisions; allowing them to heal without irritation.I can’t recommend this bra enough. I’ve recommended it to a friend undergoing her procedure soon. I even shared this with my surgeon’s office to share with patients so they don’t have to go thru bra after bra like I did. In a time of healing and soreness when compression support is crucial, don’t waste time buying anything else!

Exactly what I needed.
I had breast surgery requiring a compression garment. I am 5”9, 125 lbs, 34D, and a medium was the perfect fit. It’s extremely comfortable made with quality fabric and easy to close the front with hook and eyes. It washes well without loosing its shape. It has given me good support without having padding.

Great for post-op use
Really like this bra for post surgery use. I’m only giving it four stars because the band tends to roll up, but the bra itself is very comfortable and supportive without being hot or cumbersome. I also like that it has adjustable straps and many options for front closure sizing. it is also low enough in the front that you can wear it under pretty much any shirt without it showing. I definitely recommend it.

Best bra after surgery!
HIGHLY recommend after post surgery. I had a mastopexy and breast implant exchange three weeks ago and this bra has brought me so much comfort. I wish I had bought it sooner. Literally I’ve purchased about 10 different bras post surgery to find something supportive that didn’t irritate my incisions to allow for healing and for the first time since taking off my binder since swelling went down, I haven’t had any pain. Very supportive bra without bunching at the bottom.

Size?
I got a breast reduction surgery. I bought a medium of this bra product before my surgery based on the size I expected to be after surgery. I expected to be a 36C-36D ish. However, I didn’t think about the pain and swelling after surgery. Which of course changes the size that you need. Fair enough, so the medium was definitely not going to work. So after surgery I bought a large thinking it should be the right size. I tried the large out. I’ve worn it for a day or two thinking I was uncomfortable because I just got my drains out. Then I realized, I think it’s the bra not the drain removal. So I switched back to the original postop bra I was given. I felt so much better.I want to be fair to this company because the quality of the bra is great. It is stretchy and supportive. I love that the straps are adjustable (no issues there). However, it gets irritating after less than a day. So, I’m giving it a 3 stars for now. After I heal a bit more I’ll try it again to see if my opinion changes. There’s a good chance I might like it after I’ve healed a bit more. For reference I’m about 5ft4in and around 200lbs. I’m still not sure my bra measurements because they change every couple of hours with the swelling.I hope this helps others.

Good for the price
Bought this bra for my breast augmentation about three months ago. It did the trick! Being able to adjust the straps was very handy. The quality of the material is very nice, but the waistband does sit awkwardly for me and can be uncomfortable on my incisions scars under my boobs. Wasn’t a big issue right after surgery, but after healing, now I honestly prefer the other brand I had bought because of this. There’s also a piece of fabric on the inside of the bra, at the edge of where you clasp it together, that feels pointy, if I’m moving around a lot it rubs against my skin and irritates me.
