Easy to use, prints clearly
Easy to setup and print, great size and price

Works Well, but people don't work well with it
Good customer service, and the machine works well, but people can't seem to grasp the concept of how to tear the receipt paper correctly. So plan on having to fix and reset the paper often. The take a number wheel is a much safer buy.
