Great product in this price range.. Customer service is very good.

Aser bild poor quality
I recently purchased this Acer laptop, and within a short time of use I noticed very serious build quality issues. The bolts/screws are loose and sometimes even drop out on their own. Whenever I press the laptop body, it makes creaking noises, and the entire body feels unstable and poorly assembled. For a brand-new laptop, this is unacceptable. A premium device should not have such basic quality problems. It feels like the product was not properly checked before shipping.

Acer's Room Heater
The laptop generates excessive heat even while running a light game like Age of Empires II it could practically serve as a room heater in winter. I can’t imagine how it would handle higher end graphical games. The fan noise is extremely loud, the battery barely lasts an hour, and the display panel is already coming loose from the top. Overall, this is a very poor-quality product from Acer.

The laptop I received has a manufacturing defect. The screen has fallen off several times and is not firmly attached to its body..

Placed order on 10th July, received it on 12th July 24 -motherboard problem. after long procedure the amount refund on 27/07/24, GST and other charges Rs. 725.93 NOT paid by Acer Laptop provider.
