Incredible value at a fantastic price point!
I am new to motorcycle communications, so I have no previous products of comparison, other than seeing what my friends use. I wanted to get into something that didn't break the bank, but allowed me to have professional features and quality. I couldn't be happier with this unit! So much so that I now own three of them! I am only doing trail riding with close proximity to other riders, so I have no experiences with long distances and this unit. However, no issues with trees/ hills/ valleys diluting the signal between riders. Pros: Incredible value for the price point. The packaging is incredibly sturdy and, dare I say, classy and top-shelf (reminded me of the quality of Apple products in their packaging). Up to ten units can be used in a MESH setup (The three I have VERY easily pair with each other, identify themselves, and unpair/ repair successfully as needed). Bluetooth is super-solid for calls, music, or connecting with other comm systems of a different brand. Microphone and speaker systems are clear and loud, with plenty of cabling to route through your helmet. Wiring connections (microphone to the speakers, and speakers to the unit) and snug and built to protect against moisture. Helmet attachment of the unit has two options... one via clipping it to the helmet, the other is more "permanent" with double-sided tape. Both ways feel very secure and solid. Buttons and knob have a nice, solid feel to them and respond reasonably fast via bluetooth. Two year warranty, as long as you register them. Customer support is very quick and friendly! Cons: To my ears, the speakers are a bit "tinny" or "thin." But, not unreasonable in any way. With earplugs, it softens the edges. My ignorance led me to believe that I could take these units and MESH with other brands, which I find is not the case. They can only mesh to the same brand and model, from my understanding and experience. I CAN connect via bluetooth to other brands of systems, but I believe you sacrifice one of the two bluetooth chips to do so. Again, I could be incorrect on that, but that's what I've experienced so far. For someone wanting to get into comm systems at a lower price-point, but experience high-level features and quality, this is a fantastic setup to consider! I have no reason to use anything else. And at this price point, if one gets destroyed on the trails for any reason, it's not too expensive to toss it and buy another one to replace it. Great product, great company... I'm thrilled!

Excellent product for great price.
Great product without the hefty price tag. Sound is remarkably good and not as quiet as other review noted. Setup is super easy and the button usage is easy with gloves. I went with this brand because it combined all of the high quality features of the overpriced devices without the sticker price. It is waterproof, has a mesh network with auto reconnect and a large knob to adjust volume quickly and easily. UPDATE: After having a chance to use this product with a friend riding on trails and streets, this is 100% a no brainer. It has all of the features of the leading 2 brands with none of the cost. The only "negative" I would say is that I have been told that the speakers for those other systems are very good and these aren't as high end. To me that's not worth $300 when I'm wearing ear plugs and trying to ignore the engine/tire noise. I have two of these installed. For my enduro I run ear monitors connected into the speaker lines (had a local music/electronics shop do the work). My buddy just uses the speakers. The other setup is for my cruiser where I wear earplugs for road noise and the included speakers. The earplug/speaker setup isn’t as rich as the monitors but nothing is going to be musician quality into your ears. This mesh network syncs super easily and heals quickly without any input from the user. We lose each other a lot going down different trails and it connects back up before we have eyes on each other. Works well in the forest. The communication is clear and with very little wind noise. I'm so thankful I looked around before spending 2.5x on the "leading" brands. If you’re looking for a two person comm setup this is definitely an excellent choice. I’ll be buying more for my wife’s helmet as well

Good value if they work
Update: changing from 2 to 4 stars due to good support from the seller. The seller shipped a replacement unit for one that must have been defective (could hear others, but others couldn't hear it). On a ride with two other riders we had a mesh network with three of these that worked fairly well. --------- We purchased a total of four of these headsets. When they work, they are great. However, in my experience they are not always reliable. Examples: At the beginning of a ride, we would setup a mesh network with four riders. Within minutes, I was only hearing one other rider, while that rider could hear me and the rest of the group. The rest of the group could not hear me. This is frustrating. The volume of some riders is lower than others. With the volume cranked, the tones in your ear are quite loud, but the volume of other riders remains low. Range isn't always great: if you are close and have line-of-sight, the connection holds. But even with line-of-sight and a distances above 50ft, communications would occasionally drop off. I reached out for support on these issues and was told I needed to purchase another wiring kit. Which I did. It helped a bit but I had only used the original wiring for a single ride. I wanted these to work, but at this point, I'm not even sure I believe all the positive reviews. I could have put the money toward higher quality headsets.

Absolute best!!!
BEST headsets I've ever had. I've had 2 different major brands of corded headsets as well as a set of Sena SM10's. I ordered these when they were on sale for $168 due to reading some good reviews. I honestly didn't expect a lot...all headsets I've owned work fine when you are stopped or at low to medium speeds. But when approaching highway speeds they all have been less than satisfactory. My soft-voiced wife was really tired of hearing me tell her to talk louder..."Please use your outside voice dear"... I have NEVER heard her so clearly as I am now hearing her with these headsets. On a 2 hour ride yesterday I actually had to lower the volume as she was about to deafen me! I would not have believed this to be possible on a headset in this price range. Music comes through just as well. No, it is not theater quality but I don't care about that. I want clear communications and phone calls. These units excel at that. Another stunning thing about these headsets is the wizardry that they use to block wind noise...at all speeds. When riding along with no one talking the only wind I can hear is coming from the helmet, not from the mic. When either of us does speak when it's windy, the voice still comes through great but you can hear some wind mixed is as well. I comparison to the Sena headset, these are far far better. Some reviews state that they could use a little more volume. The first helmet that I installed them in gave me similar results. That helmet was giving me some comfort issues so I moved the headset to another "old faithful" helmet. Again, volume could have been better. Then I started experimenting with speaker location. Lucky me, I found the sweet spot on my next attempt. Could not believe the difference in moving them about 1/4 inch. Now they can blow my eardrums. I have not attempted to connect to other brands so cannot comment on that. But in the area of connecting to a co-rider, i can attest to the simplicity of set and connection. That is in opposition to working with the $ena units...difficult to pair, and they seemed to drop connections at the drop of a hat. But to be fair I used the Sena's 12 years ago so it wouldn't surprise me if they have advanced their technology also. If you want wireless functionality that just works, and works consistently, these are what you are looking for. Stop looking at others and buy these units. They are awesome!

Good unit, couple drawbacks.
Seems like a nice unit, way more intuitive mesh pairing, shares music, speakers are better than my last set. The down side I see, the USB cable they provide is longer than a normal usb cable, so at least most normal cords do not fit. Why the f.... it's usb-c was a big sales point to me. I think you could make a wire work as long as its got a smaller body, as the port is a bit recessed. I attached a pic of the difference between standard usb-c and theirs. So dumb, but only knocking a star off for that. Theirs is the one with the lighting bolt on it. Knock another star off for size, doesn't fit in the recess area of my Bell helmet so had to put it on the outside. Neither made me return them tho, battery life is worth it for the size.

XGP X10 - Actually delivers exactly what we were looking for.
After weeks and weeks of researching what bluetooth / intercom system for our helmets would give us the best results for the money the XGP x10 is what we settled on. With a less then 15 minute start to finish install on each helmet we were ready to ride. The Bluetooth pairing to the phone was a breeze not mention my favorite part the mesh intercom. One button and you’re connected. Simple as that. Pairing to other brands via Bluetooth was simple as well. Being able to enjoy my music and hear my wife on her bike at the same time is amazing. The individual volume control of each the music and the intercom allows you to get it just right. The sound quality is super crisp and rich. Even with the bike at high RPMs we can still hear crystal clear with no issues. Great range even in the wooded areas where we are located. There is a lot of times where we had no line of sight to each other and could still hear great. This set up is super impressive for the money and it definitely has our seal of approval.

Horrible helmet to helmet, good for phone calls and music.
The sound quality is horrible when used to speak to other riders using the same unit. I could hardly understand the other riders. The voices from other riders comes in garbled and unreadable. At its best, voices were choppy with lots of static in the background. The distance between the riders did not matter. I could be riding directly next to them and the sound quality did not change. I had a cheap-o pair of headsets that worked far better than these. As a means to listen to music or make a phone call, they work great. Unfortunately, I purchased three of these to ride with my kids and they are effectively useless for that purpose. I tried using the troubleshooting options but it just gives you instructions on how to pair the unit to your phone. Yes, I tried repairing them to each other and to phones several times. Needless to say, I am pretty bummed.

Great sound quality. Great mic.
Exactly as described. Easy installation and helmet. Just used on a 500 mile road trip and was very glad I had them. Sound. Quality was excellent. Did not have to turn it up all the way. Microphone quality was great. People on other end of call couldn't even tell. I was wearing my helmet and going down the road at 60 mph. So far. Excellent units.

Bin absolut begeistert

Facile a installer. Son très bon même a haute vitesses. Mesh très pratique lorsque l'on roule a plusieurs moto. Chargement rapide et très bonne autonomie. Un très beau produit qui rivalise avec les plus connu des intercom.

Phenomenal budget comm
The XGP X10 is a fantastic system. perfect for me and my girlfriend while riding together and music for when im solo. full list of thoughts below -Extremely cheap, less than half price of a "name brand" system -Great battery life, easily lasts a couple weeks between charges listening to music on daily commute -waterproof, listened to music no problem during torrential rain -clear talking audio, doesnt lower music volume, just natural sound over sound -decent audio quality. its not top of the line, but the audio is significantly better than i expected given the price point. as an avid music listener, the bass/lower notes could use a helping hand, but otherwise acceptable sound for daily music or adventuring with friends -range isnt nearly as advertised, only about 350m of range, however, never run into issues with disconnecting with my girlfriend while riding. were basically close enough to yell most times so having a 3-4 block buffer for lights and stop signs is plenty -seamlessly reconnects if you do happen to wander too far off, audible alerts for disconnects and reconnects so you arent left guessing -good sound isolation, microphone will pick up random noises like the starter on the bike, but not the exhaust or wind noise while riding, so no annoying buffeting or droning through the speakers while connected to others -personally a huge fan of the comm button looking like an m&m -plenty of volume, i would like to not be deaf, so i usually only have it at half volume, i also spent a lot on my exhaust and would like to hear that at high revs too - easy to use volume dial, press to pause/play music, buttons for skipping songs, ass super easy to locate and use while wearing gloves - in my opinion, too much wiring with the speakers and microphone. have so much bundled up under pads, but after fighting it all into place, it all stays and hasnt caused any fitment issues or hard spots All in all, a system that could stand toe to toe with the big name brands out there. only slightly less full sound quality and a limited range. however if you have the skill to stay within 4 city blocks of the person you are riding with, you wont run into connectivity issues. 10/10 would recommend
