August 22nd Update: The battery still works but it is developed a slight bulge. Although this battery didn't last quite as long as I hoped it would without bulging lile the origonal battery, I had no previous expectation. Buying a third-party battery will always come with this risk, and you are likely to have the same problem with ANY third party battery. Please expect to have to swap your battery every few months to maybe a year at most, unless you can get your hands on an OEM (original) battery. JULY 30th update: The battery is still running great. I use my phone very regularly and I have had no problems at all with the battery. I will update again in a few weeks This is a decent product for the price. Just do yourself a favor and don't spend too much time looking at the included paper instructions (except for the safety part) when there are far better videos out there on the web. My only potential concern would be the future longevity of the battery as it is not OEM, although I will say that after 5 days of heavy use so far it is running like a champ. The tools that come with this kit are very decent but you will also need a hair dryer that gets hot enough to burn skin or a heat gun. Either will work, the hair dryer will just take longer. This was my first time opening the phone and the entire process took me about 30 minutes, so not too bad. Just remember not to use the phone while you are waiting for the case adhesive to dry. Wrap it with a few rubber bands (but not too tightly) and leave it off overnight and you will be good.

Honestly I didn't expect this to work. It worked perfectly and changing out the old one for the new one was easy. And the instructions were helpful. Came with everything I needed.

The battery is very strong and fits perfectly. The installation too was simple making it the best replacement for the old one and came as seen in the picture. The best value for money so far from Amazon.

Low capacity lithium ion "new" replacement battery, NOT as advertised Milliamperes per hour. I charged to 95% & discharged to 15% four times. Today I lost over one fourth of battery in one hour of browsing text news and my email, dropping from 94% to 69%. Yesterday only got 9 hours before I needed to charge. My 4 year "old" Samsung OEM was still giving me 12 plus hours. I used to get full 24 hours with original factory battery. I do not recommend this battery at all & would not buy again.

Instructions were incomplete and not the best. Sometimes they make it clear with pictures what to do, and then other times they just assume you know what they're referring to. I had to YouTube things to figure it out. Hopefully I did lol. Phone powered on, is charging up now. I will assume the battery life will be like new, if it is not I will come back and revise this review appropriately. I will say, in their description they say the battery should go through 3 full charge and die cycles to calibrate properly. That should be clear in the instructions somewhere as well. I'm lucky I read that, but not everyone reads the full details in the descriptions. If that is a critical piece to making this battery work right, it should be very clear to the user from the box.

Looked up a youtube video and followed. Came with all the right tools. Becareful with the screw driver, it will get dull ar the tip. So far so good. The old battery was bulging.
