It could be more helpful in the energy part.It works well it's not enough for me I'm older and need more energy for in my gritty up. But it does work you should try it out I have a strong feeling if you are younger it would work better.

Easy enough to take, although it has a bit of an odd scent due to the fact that the inside of the bottle is thoroughly coated in a fine brown powder, no doubt from one or more capsules leaking during storage/shipping. The leakage then imparts a bit of a strange flavor when taking the capsule. I like the combination of components, and I expect that it should do what it is reported to do. Even if not, I don't see any compound that would personally cause me issue, so I will continue it. **Update** After a week of taking these, I discovered the reason for the powder inside the bottle. One of the capsules had managed to empty itself inside the container and I discovered the totally empty capsule as I got my morning dose today. This doesn't change my review or rating, I just need to add this fact to the record.
