- Help Your Phone Stay In Place: For best results clean and dry your phone or case and apply the MagicPlate. If using a cas, apply to the outside of your case or directly to the phone with a slim or magnetic case. Wait 24 hours before attaching to the magnetic car phone holder
- Set Your View And Keep It There: Bend the flexible arm and rotate the magnetic head for portrait or landscape viewing. Tighten the lock nut behind the head, then align the installed MagicPlate directly over the center of the magnetic head for full contact that helps reduce slipping or rotation

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this magnetic mount work directly with MagSafe?**
A: The StickGrip suction cup base allows for easy repositioning without leaving residue. If it loses grip, rinse with mild soap and water, let it air dry, and it’s ready to use again—perfect for adjusting placement or switching vehicles.

**Q: How should I install the MagicPlate for the strongest hold?**
A: Clean and dry your phone or case, then apply the MagicPlate to the outside and press firmly. Wait 24 hours before mounting your phone. Placing the plate under a thick or rugged case can reduce contact with the magnetic head and weaken the hold.

**Q: How can I keep my phone from sliding or rotating?**
A: Align the installed MagicPlate with the center of the mount’s magnetic head, then tighten the lock nut after choosing your viewing angle. Full plate contact and a tightened head help prevent the phone from sliding, turning or changing position.

**Q: Does the MagicPlate affect wireless charging or NFC functionality on my phone?**
A: Yes, the MagicPlate can affect wireless charging and NFC functionality if placed directly over those areas. To maintain full use, follow the placement instructions to ensure the plate is positioned away from your device’s charging coil or NFC zone.

**Q: Can the suction cup mount to textured or curved dashboards?**
A: Install the suction cup on clean, dry, smooth and flat windshield glass or a compatible dashboard. It is not recommended for textured, curved or soft-touch dashboards. Press the entire suction cup against the surface and engage the suction lock.
