I've used these top spiral 3x5 notebooks a long time, and carry one with me everyday rain or shine. They are tough and I value each one I use. They cost more, but the piece of mind they offer, being waterproof, is worth it. I purchase 6 at a time. I prefer the yellow or blue colored notebooks because the paper is white. I use a Rite-in-the-Rain Rain orange ballpoint or a mechanical pencil. That's all you need. Great, and I mean, great product.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. works perfectly with a waterproof pen. It was a little bit smaller than I expected, but it’s perfect for a notetaking and it comes in a three pack so you can give two or all 3 to some friends really durable I put it under the water and I wrote with it with a weatherproof pen and it still worked perfectly
