Live Tinted Hueskin Serum Concealer - Medium-Full Coverage - Shade 14

I typically love this product and have ordered it from Ulta. When I got this on Amazon, the applicator was a BRUSH, not the doe tip applicator that I had when I purchased from Ulta. Then yesterday, the brush hair began falling out and concealer with little hairs was all over under eye. Super disappointed.

2nd Update: The concealer is great, but after just a little bit of use, ALL of its bristles fell out. There were a few extending past the brush, and when I pulled those out, it only brought more and more out. I had not pulled out many of them when the entire bunch of bristles came out. See my pictures. Update: I returned the one I received and got a replacement that was the correct shade. While this shade it still too dark for me, I tested it on my hand. The coverage is GREAT. I have dark spots on my hand and one thin coat disguised them. It was lightweight and not heavy at all. It was sheer but covered well. I’m very impressed and recommend it. I will be ordering it in a lighter shade. Original: I ordered shade 14 but received shade 4 which is WAY too dark for my skin… see my pictures.
