I was diagnosed with young onset Parkinson's Disease 6 years ago. My right hand is my tremor hand. It has painful dyskinesia and dystonia. I found this brace and it is a life saver. It keeps my hand still and straightens it out. I can sleep better, I can relax easier. This brace is soft and it is comfortable . I love it. I ordered the xs right hand. It fits perfectly. The brace is so soft and comfortable to wear to bed. It really helped with the inflammation in my wrist.

When I sleep, I tend to bend my wrists in a way that aggravates repetitive stress injury of forearm and wrist. I had a brace like this before and lost it. This brace has a soft terry cloth exterior that is removable and can be machine washed. There is a metal insert that can be bent in a different position if it is not comfortable out of the box (this product was just fine for me - no adjustment needed). I am looking forward the waking up tomorrow without aching forearms.
