Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like very fresh and likes the size of cubes and a container no spilling

Overall the ice trays are fine, albeit the two sides don’t always stay together as tight as I would like, and the resulting ice balls have some extra slivers of ice sticking off. But for the most part they get the job done.However, I purchased these as a replacement for the common ice cube trays, with the expectation the ice cube spheres would be roughly the same size. But these are not 1.2 inches in diameter. The flyer included contains specifications and says the ball diameter is 1 inch, and that’s what they actually are. Doesn’t seem like a big difference but the volume of a 1.2in diameter sphere is .9 cubic inches vs just .5 cubic inches for a 1in diameter sphere. Smaller pieces of ice melt quicker.On the listing page there is a 1in diameter option, but we did get the “1.2 inch” option as it does have the number of ice balls as advertised, but the size is not accurate and the listing should be updated. Makes me wonder how large the “1 inch” ones that are advertised, even smaller?

I was tired of my drinks getting watered down by large ice cubes, so I decided to try these DclobTop ice cube trays. I'm so glad I did! They make perfect, slow-melting ice balls that keep my drinks cold without diluting them. The tray is easy to fill and the lid prevents spills in the freezer. The ice balls pop out effortlessly, and the silicone material is flexible and easy to clean.

So, it took me a few years to agree to make the switch from the old traditional ice cube trays, but I'm glad I did. My last set of trays simply cracked itself in half as I was emptying it and I finally had enough. Sorted through a few bajillion styles, sizes, and read lots of reviews before purchasing this set. I'm finding them to be super easy to fill, quick to freeze, and a breeze to release snack-sized ice cubes into my beverage container whenever I need them most. I cannot yet speak as to durability since I've only had these for a short time, but the price was right and so far, they seem to be doing their job. Maybe if I remember, I'll post an update in a few months to let you all know if I've destroyed them, or if they are still functional. Wish me luck!!!

First off this product does not come with ice scooper, the square ice maker does. I have requested scooper with no response.Secondly it is difficult to make the round ice cubes despite flowing directions. However half circles ice cubes are easy and so I kept this product but would not recommend.

These are great, the ice pops out so easily compared to normal ones. The lids are great, they make it so much easier to stack in the freezer. They are a bit smaller sized, but I can deal with that.

These are so small, which is fine for smaller cubes, but it’s really hard to pop the ice cubes out and I have to do each cube individually. Also one of the treys broke after one use. Do not buy.
