Review: Great inexpensive knife sharpener - I love these little inexpensive knife sharpeners. I would totally have given this 5 stars but two pretty big issues. This is dangerous small. I knew they wouldn’t be full size since they didn’t have the handle but these are lose a finger small. Second, they angle is just to wide for kitchen knifes. I don’t have any 35 degree bevels but I feel this is about what the stones are set at. Great if you don’t sharpen often but I was hoping for a great little kitchen gadget to save me trips to the full size diamond stones. I will continue with this device but feel like if I put off doing the full stones I will needed to reset the cutting edge angle.
