A little background... I used semaglutide injections for nearly 6 months. They worked well for me until the higher dosage and I ended up with minor GI issues, so I stopped. The food noise and cravings came back almost immediately, and I've been looking for something else to help. I just started taking these and am trying not to get too excited, but it's already cutting out the food noise and I feel fuller quicker! It's also helping with my gut health. I'm quite hopeful these will help me continue my weight loss journey!

I have been taking these Appitite Control probiotics for about 2 weeks now and I have lost 3.5 lbs. I haven't changed what I eat but I feel full on less food. I like that you only have to take one a day and they are not to big so easy to swallow. I was taking a different brand previously and it was working too but the price was more for fewer pills. These pills contain the crucial ingredients to be effective. 1. Akkermansia muciniphila 2. Clostridium butyricum 3. Bifidobacterium infantis. Also these contain a PRE-Biotic, chicory inulin to give these probiotics something to eat so they can multiply in your gut. This is a high quality product. It works and it is very well priced compared to many others. There is no taste or smell to these capsules and as I said I take one a day. I noticed about 2-3 days after I started to take them regularly (without forgetting) that I was not craving sweets as much as I normally do but even if I did have something like ice cream or cookies I didn't NEED to go back for a second bowl or have a third or fourth cookie! I was OKAY with Stopping after ONE serving, instead of eating until I made myself feel bloated. This has helped me in more ways than just losing weight. It has given me my dignity back. I truly recommend this product.

I don’t want to eat, but now I’m bored. The pill is easy to take, there is no taste or any kind of pain. Not sure yet on the weight loss. I just started… but there’s a sandwich I love and easily eat the whole thing and maybe something on the side. Can only have half. No extra cravings. That feels good, I will have to stay busy without all the time and energy devoted to food thoughts and drama. Sometimes I am still hungry or want to eat more, but I just can’t. I think this is better than the medicines — no side effects! Those side effects were awful.

When I was finally able to start taking them they work really good. I have to take it with food. My appetite is suppressed. No more mindless snacking.Light breakfast so I can take my dose. And the rest of the day is water. Energy is up. No taste. Clothes fitting a lot better.

If you are looking for something to suppress your appetite or cravings, take this. I found taking 2 works best for me in a day. However, this will not help you lose any weight. There is no taste, the quality is decent, and worth the money.

Don't buy product Don't work. I started taking one capsule then gradually 2still no effect. Still had craving and didn't help with my blotting or going to the bathroom
