A roasted, crisp and tasty "tahdig"(ๅพก็ฆใ)
The product quality and performance were exactly as described in the online store. Although basmati rice was not available today, I used Japanese rice and followed the manufacturer's instructions: adding the required amount of water (and a little salt) and liquid oil, and it delivered a delicious roasted "pot bottom" at the bottom of the pot, which is called "tah-dig"in Persian and ๅพก็ฆใ (ใใใ/okoge) in Japanese. I definitely recommend it to those who like to have a delicious "pot bottom" together with a soft and delicious ใ้ฃฏ.
