Good product all parts received correctly and the size is enough big for 3-4 years old kids but it will be useful for 8 year kids also you can buy it without any hesitation

Product was good but unfortunately we didn’t receive the basket ball ring, please help us to provide the same.

The product is very good and sturdy. The color is same is what I have ordered. The extra nuts and screws were provided which is really nice. Go for it

Very bad. No one should order this.They send parts of two different sizes, so it is impossible to assemble them properly. They promise a replacement but later trick you and move to refund. They do not refund the full amount either—you will be cheated.The handsupport that came with the slippers they sent did not fit properly. So, I decided to replace the item and placed a replacement request the same day. They said someone would come to collect the item the next day, but no one came. Instead, I got a message that it was rescheduled for the following day.When the pickup person finally came, they said they were not authorized to inspect the product. So I called customer care, and they told me to schedule pickup without inspection. I followed their instruction and arranged the pickup again. The next day, customer care confirmed that the product would be picked up without inspection. However, it was only on the second day after that that the product was finally collected.Later, I was informed that since there was no inspection during pickup, the item would not be replaced but only refunded. Now they are saying the refund will be processed after 25 days. And even then, the amount will be about 1000 rupees less than what I paid. Who knows if even that will be returned?

I have rated 3 for this slide. The product is very good and sturdy. However the only drawback in this is. The extra buffer plate that is provided at the end of the slide is supposed to be for a smooth landing. However, it hurts the kid when the kid descends in the slide towards the ground. It is not smooth, and it is uneven. So from this I conclude, there are slides which do not provide the buffer plate, which do not have any joints and are 1 go slides as they are slightly longer, please go for those..

Customer service was good. Missed accessories were send on request immediately. Good quality.

The media could not be loaded. I chose this because of the height of this product. Other slides were better by their looks but i wanted something can be use for long time. Quality is good go for it
