I bought the left and right side due to moderate foot drop from chronic back problems that was diagnosed in 2006. The foot drop was causing calf and thigh pain on both legs. Immediately after putting these on my calf and thigh pains disappeared. I wear these for an hour at a time, several times throughout the day. They are very comfortable and can be adjusted. I also wear them under socks(regular socks no special socks needed) and barefoot. I have not worn them in shoes so I don't know how that would feel. Very happy with this product.

It doesn’t really work it doesn’t really give much support from the foot drop still happens.

This Drop Foot Brace is so much better than my original. I have better mobility with the support I need. It also has helped my poorly aligned knee position that my old brace caused. So much better!

It works well. I sleep with it on and it comfortable. Wear a sock with it.

I have been wearing this brace for a month now after waking from a hip revision surgery with foot drop. It has helped me very much. I have to go to physical therapy twice weekly and was able to apply this over a light canvas slip on shoe. I know it won't last long if wearing outside. But for my simple trips to PT twice weekly, it works great. Wonderful brace.
