So far really good. Excellent quality, size, weight, compatibility. Only downside is it doesnt come with a windshield :( Will update.

Small enough to fit on top of my A7s3 and easily connects to the mic input on the camera, however, ideally you need to be within a metre of your subject for this to pick up good sound. If there is a wind it can pick up that too, so be careful. It’s okay for running and gunning, but, if you want less background noise and more focused audio, use a Rode Wireless Go II kit instead.

I like this mic for its compact size on my fx3 and its ease of use (just plug and go) but I’m not impressed with the quality of the sound unfortunately. I tend to be in environments for sports with a lot of background noise, and it doesn’t handle it well - wind distorts the sound entirely so I’ll need to go for a more expensive one. Value for money for home use is probably your best bet for this one.

Using this primarily for online meetings to compliment my PowerConf C200 2K Webcam. It's mounted above my monitor pointing downwards towards my face about 2" away. I was initially concerned it might feedback sound from my Sono ERA 100 speaker but it's not an issue. The built-in webcam mic is supposedly half decent for webcam standards; and using the audio test feature in Zoom and Teams there is a noticeable difference as you would expect. However it's when I'm in Teams calls - there's massive difference in quality for the others on the call, you can tell just from their expression on their faces when I switch back and forth between the two mics. Might be a bit of an overkill using this just for Teams calls, but it makes a neat solution for my home office setup.

I am writing this review because I saw there are no reviews on this listing from India. The reviews from India were on a different listing for the same mic for Rs 2k more. I was skeptical that they will send wrong product but the real thing was delivered. Got it for 9300 when the other listing was for 11999.

I recently attended Coldplay concert in Abudhabi and took this microphone used on iPhone 16 Pro. I regret taking it there as all the songs have distorted sound which is not fixable! I realized that its not feasible for concerts. all of the songs are gone!!! its good for vlogging or the videomaking outdoor.

Shockingly good mic for vlogging. It paired seamlessly with my iPhone 17 Pro Max and performed great right out of the box. It includes all the cables you’d need, which is a huge plus. As a shotgun mic, it really shines when pointed directly at your subject, picking up clear audio while minimizing side noise. The included cold shoe shock mount is a nice touch and helps keep everything stable. Overall, very impressed with the quality and performance.
