Great customer service, Came with a smashed up broken fan
The media could not be loaded. Metal case fits board great, but the fan came smashed up. Also the fan doesn't look big enough to pass enough air to cool down the drives under load. They do get pretty hot under load.Customer Service is great and replaced the fan. I highly recommend this product and their business.

Watch out for defects
Mostly a good case, but one of the black metal standoffs for attaching the feet was missing. It must not have gotten welded to the frame at the factory.

works great
it fits well BUT make 100% sure that the 3.5 audio jack is in the chassis properly. the fitment/tolerances are SUPER tight. might be a touch to tight.

Case fits well, but fan doesn't work
Case is pretty good, but fan didn't work. For $40 it would have been nice for the fan to work.

This will fry your drives
Pros: Nice build quality, I especially liked that all the cutouts for the buttons and storage activity LEDs are labeled. This gives you access to all the external ports, switches, and view of all the various status LEDsCons: The fan attaches to the CPU heat sink instead of the air intake cutouts (which is way to restrictive) so it doesn't actually pull a lot of air into the case, and virtually none across the NVME drives. It is also slimmer than most 40mm fans I've seen, but it's fairly quiet. Considering the fan only spins up when the CPU hits around 50C, it's pretty much useless in this configuration. I really wanted to like this case, but not when it's making my drives idle at around 70C. Lastly, a minor annoyance, but including the feet, it takes 8 screws to open the case.I found a 3d printable case with 2 40mm side intakes, which I had a guy on reddit print me up using ABS, for like $15. It performs way better, though it's obviously lacking all the fit and finish of a real case.
