The real deal
I ordered these bc I had some workout sticks already but wasn’t allowed to use them in Pound! class. Pound has really helped me in my weight loss journey and I just wanted my own sticks so I could decorate them with washi tape

OK, but I could design a better one.
I'm an exercise instructor and decided to incorporate the Drumstick exercises to change things up a bit. There is no perfect Drumstick out there that I could find. On the positive.... I like that these are the only ones I found that were weighted. I believe they're a pound and a quarter each. My arms were sore the next day after exercising with them. They're a pretty color.... So pretty that I cannot keep my three year old twin grandson's from pounding on the furniture. Lol!!! Now the negitive... LOUD!!!DEAFENING!!! SOUND, when you hit them together. You'll miss the cardio and muscle building aspect if you only tap them together. It's not called Pound Exercise for nothing. I hate wearing ear plugs when I exercise. The second negative is that the handles are large at the bottom and easily slip from my hand. They seem better fitted for a man's hand. They seriously need exercise gripping tape, which I own, but that would only increase the diameter of the handles. If they were made of wood I'd whittle down the handle and add gripper tape.So if you're a lady with man size hands and hard of hearing... Then go for it!!! You'll be pleased.

Good product
These are great. They are just like the ones that my instructor gives us in class. I gave a three star rating for durability because I have only used them two times so far. I love having my own pair. Definitely worth it.

My new favorite workout!
I bought these to use with the Pound workout. The workout is so much fun, and these are comfortable and easy to work with. Also very sturdy!
