These pound sticks are very comfortable to hold and I think the slight weight helps me to get a better workout. I’ve used the very thin ones and they feel like they’re going to slip out of my hands constantly. These are a little thicker and I really like them! They feel very durable as well.

Purchased these for a gift and they loved them. Perfect for a drum fit class. Nicely weighted and good quality materials

I do cardio drumming and kept breaking the wooden sticks. Two classes a week for over a year and they look like new. I did add grip tape to the handles so they don't slip.

Really fun workout! You can make it as easy or as difficult as your fitness level allows. Really get the heart rate going.

I'm an exercise instructor and decided to incorporate the Drumstick exercises to change things up a bit. There is no perfect Drumstick out there that I could find. On the positive.... I like that these are the only ones I found that were weighted. I believe they're a pound and a quarter each. My arms were sore the next day after exercising with them. They're a pretty color.... So pretty that I cannot keep my three year old twin grandson's from pounding on the furniture. Lol!!! Now the negitive... LOUD!!! DEAFENING!!! SOUND, when you hit them together. You'll miss the cardio and muscle building aspect if you only tap them together. It's not called Pound Exercise for nothing. I hate wearing ear plugs when I exercise. The second negative is that the handles are large at the bottom and easily slip from my hand. They seem better fitted for a man's hand. They seriously need exercise gripping tape, which I own, but that would only increase the diameter of the handles. If they were made of wood I'd whittle down the handle and add gripper tape. So if you're a lady with man size hands and hard of hearing... Then go for it!!! You'll be pleased.

These are the official POUND grade sticks! Very durable and can’t definitely handle all the pounding!

So happy with these. Been trying to get a set for quite a while. They are just like the ones I used when I attended classes but I can now do a workout using online videos in the comfort of my own home. Good quality, good price
