Is the 300kg weight capacity realistic?

Yes. Our parallettes have been tested up to 300kg and stay fully stable. They work well for heavier users or when using extra weights.

Can I adjust the height?

The feet are adjustable by 2–8 mm to adapt to uneven floors. The overall height of the bars is fixed.

Will the feet scratch my wooden floor?

No. The soft rotating foot sleeves protect floors effectively and leave no scratches.

Do I need tools for assembly?

No tools required. Just insert the pins and tighten the knobs. You can set it up quickly and easily.

What exercises can I do with these bars?

Perfect for push-ups, dips, L-sit, handstand and other calisthenics moves. Suitable for beginners to advanced users.
