In very cold weather I wear a sweatshirt underneath and stay very warm. One thing I really like is that the sleeves are long enough to reach my hands. One caveat, I am thin, and I did want a slimmer fitting jacket, I am not sure about the fit for someone who is large in the middle. A girl working at the airport the other day said, "I really like your jacket". I actually sent one back from another seller that was was more expensive and not nearly as nice. I now have two, one that has my company logos and the other just plain for dirty jobs. I am 6ft tall 190 Lbs and I got the XL. It arrived VERY wrinkled in a vacuum sealed pack (I will post pics). The wrapping was so tight the imprint of the tags remained on the jacket. I was going to return it, but my son really likes the jacket. It's a not too heavy, not too light weight that can keep the chill off indoors without him feeling overheated. I'm on the fence, and my rating reflects that.My son is wearing the small. He's 5' 6" and has about a 38 chest.
