I've been using the Green Soul Jupiter Pro 2026 for a while now, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The build quality feels premium, the chair is sturdy, and assembling it was quick and easy. The lumbar support, adjustable headrest, and 4D armrests make a huge difference during long work sessions. The breathable mesh back keeps me comfortable even after sitting for hours, and all the adjustment options make it easy to find the perfect seating position. One of my favorite features is the smooth reclining mechanism. It's not only great for taking short breaks but also perfect for gaming and watching movies. Reclining the chair with proper head and back support makes long gaming sessions and movie marathons much more enjoyable. I've also noticed less back fatigue and better posture after using it regularly. Considering the quality, comfort, and features, it offers excellent value for money. If you're looking for a premium ergonomic chair that's equally good for working from home, gaming, and relaxing, I highly recommend the Green Soul Jupiter Pro 2026

I recently purchased the Green Soul Jupiter Pro chair, and overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. The chair feels premium, sturdy, and well-built. The ergonomic design, adjustable lumbar support, headrest, and 4D armrests make it very comfortable for long hours of sitting. The breathable mesh back is especially useful during long working hours, and the reclining mechanism works smoothly. The seat cushion is comfortable, although comfort can vary depending on personal preference. Assembly was fairly straightforward, and the overall build quality feels excellent for the price. I use it for extended periods of work and find it supportive and comfortable. Overall, the Green Soul Jupiter Pro is a great option for anyone looking for a feature-rich ergonomic office chair for work-from-home, studying, or long hours at a desk. Highly recommended!

Don't buy this product. There is no premium feel. Even the arm rest is unstable. And after getting back from reclined position, you will get sound. They helped till the return period is over. Then they stopped support. They send technician just to say me it happens with these chairs and it's normal. Better go with other brand. I am updating my initial review after being contacted by the Green Soul support team. The Pros: Once settled in, the chair is quite comfortable for long hours. If you are looking for pure utility at the 12k price point, it does the job. After following the technical team's advice, the annoying creaking noise that occurred when returning from a reclined position has been resolved. The Cons: Build Quality: The finishing isn't exactly "premium." The armrests are quite unstable; the support team explained that 4-way adjustable armrests are naturally a bit wobbly, but it still detracts from the solid feel you’d expect. Maintenance: To fix the noise issue, I had to apply WD-40 myself. Service Experience: Although the support team reached out, they refused to send a technician to apply the lubricant unless I paid for a service visit—even though the chair was brand new and the issue was present from day one. I ended up borrowing the solution from a friend to fix it myself. Final Verdict: It’s a functional chair that offers good comfort, but the "Pro" tag is a bit of a stretch given the finishing and the wobbly armrests. If you don’t mind doing a bit of your own troubleshooting and can overlook some minor build flaws, it’s an okay choice. However, don't expect premium after-sales support without extra costs.

After comparing several office chairs across different stores and researching extensively, I finally chose the Green Soul Jupiter Pro, and I’m very happy with the purchase. The chair was delivered quickly, and the assembly process was simple. The build quality feels solid, and the materials used are good enough to last for years with proper care. One of the standout features is the extendable seat with an additional 5 inches of thigh support, which is especially beneficial for taller users. It also comes with three backrest recline positions, adjustable lumbar support, and an adjustable headrest, offering excellent comfort for long working hours. The seat cushion is thick, soft, and comfortable, while the overall size of the chair is spacious enough to fit most people comfortably. Despite being sturdy, the chair is lightweight and easy to move around. Another thing I really liked is that it remains completely silent—there are no squeaks or creaking noises when changing positions. The customer support deserves special mention. They proactively contacted me after delivery to help with the warranty registration, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I believe the Green Soul Jupiter Pro offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it, especially for taller people or anyone who spends long hours sitting at a desk.

I have been using this chair for the last few days, and honestly, after reading so many positive reviews, I am a bit confused. I expected much more from a chair that costs around ₹10,000. Before this, I was using a basic Green Soul chair that cost me around ₹3,000. I wasn’t happy with that one either. The seat cushion became flat within a few months, and the gas lift stopped working after about two years. This time, I was ready to spend more for a better chair. After doing a lot of research, I shortlisted the Jupiter Pro and a chair from The Sleep Company. The Sleep Company chair seemed to have better cushioning, but the Jupiter Pro offered more features, so I decided to give Green Soul another chance despite my previous bad experience. After using it for a few days, here’s my honest opinion. What I liked: * The mesh back feels nice and provides decent ventilation. * The armrests are slightly soft, so they don’t hurt your elbows. * The seat can slide forward by around 5 cm, which is probably my favourite feature. * The wheels move smoothly. What I didn’t like: * The back and lumbar support are not good at all. I expected much better support at this price, but the chair doesn’t provide the comfort and support I was looking for. The lumbar support feels inadequate, and adjusting it doesn’t make much difference. At times, it also feels uneven. * The seat cushion has a curved shape, probably designed to improve posture, but I personally find it uncomfortable. * The headrest doesn’t seem very useful for me. It only comes in handy when leaning back to relax. * Overall, I never got the feeling that I was sitting on a premium ₹10,000 chair. Maybe my expectations were too high after reading so many positive reviews, but honestly, I don’t think this chair is worth the price. While it has some useful features, the poor back and lumbar support are a major disappointment, especially for someone who spends long hours sitting. It’s not a completely bad chair, but I don’t feel it offers enough comfort or value to justify spending ₹10,000. If you’re considering buying it because of the hype and positive reviews, I would suggest comparing it with chairs from The Sleep Company before making your final decision.
