The unit is probably the best Keurig system we have ever used. It is just the right size in that the water reservoir holds about four cups worth of water. The single serve has 3 brew sizes and a safety feature that prevents running when there is not enough water for another cup. Our system runs continuously as we each drink from 3 to 5 cups a day. Really simple to use and very flexible features. Also it runs its own descaling protocol; we used straight white vinegar instead of a purchased Keurig product with great cleaning action. As a note, I am a clean water person and the water is never left over-night for the next day. The small-scale of this unit makes it possible to easily keep the water container clean and air-dried every night...

As mentioned, this is my first Keurig purchase. They use this model where I work so I thought, you know, it's pretty slim, convenient and fast, lets do it. My only beef is I wish this machine came with a 6 or 4 ounce option since I love strong coffee and the K-cups I have tried have not evolved to accomodate my wishes. I compromise by placing a small cup under to collect about 1/3 cup of initial water that drips down, and then I quickly place my mug to catch the more potent coffee. I use the excess water for plants. Truth be told, this was the reason I never purchased a Keurig, so again, thats on me. I recently ordered the organic compostable San Francisco Bay coffee pods and honestly, they are a game changer with this Keurig. I still have to remove some water, but a tastier cup. Noise isn't an issue for me.

Great deal for a Keurig brewer. I had a first generation Keurig when they first came out and loved it. Eventually I had to replace it since there was no way to clean and descale the machine properly. So I picked this up since it is half the size of the old one and it has a water reservoir. It is a solid purchase and great for a first time Keurig user. That being said, the only reason I don't give it 5 stars are small concerns for me. Maybe I just got spoiled with the old unit. The first thing I noticed is that it brews at a slower speed than the old one. The second is the brewed coffee temperature isn't as hot either. It's still hot enough for sipping and enjoying, just a tad bit cooler than the old one. Maybe it's a safety thing on the newer ones? Don't get me wrong, It's a solid machine and does what it's supposed to very well. But like I said earlier, maybe I just got spoiled by the old one. Very good purchase 👍👍👍
