-The hdd dock case is connected to a device such as a router and continuously exchanges data, so it does not enter sleep mode. -Download the firmware update and reinstall it.

3. How to prevent files on the drive from being damaged

-Always safely eject the hard drive from the system before closing the hard drive enclosure. -When connecting a second hard disk, please eject the first hard disk securely first.
