One of the major issues I encountered was with the SIM card that was provided with the camera. It consistently failed to connect to 4G, often displaying a "refreshing" message. To troubleshoot, I tested the SIM card in both my phone and tablet, but it still did not work, which suggests that the problem lies with the SIM itself rather than my devices. Additionally, the audio quality leaves much to be desired. Both inbound and outbound sound clarity is poor, making communication through the camera frustrating and ineffective. Another significant drawback is the camera's frequent false alarms. It often detects human motion inaccurately, leading to unnecessary notifications that can be quite bothersome. Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Ctronics 3G/4G LTE Outdoor Security Camera. Its connectivity issues, poor sound quality, and unreliable motion detection make it challenging to use effectively. I hope future updates or improvements will address these concerns. J'ai acheté cette camera 4G pour protéger un local dans un village qui n'a pas de wifi. J'ai eu des difficultés pour la mise en route, alors que j'ai déjà acheté plus de 15 cameras CTONICS WIfi et filaires, facilement paramétrées et mises en place, et dont je suis extrêmement satisfait. Mais grâce à l'assistance du SAV de CTRONICS, j'ai pu parfaitement démarrer la camera. Si la camera fonctionnait bien avec la carte fournie de quelques centaines de MO rechargeables,mais chère, ce n'était pas le cas avec la carte SIM de SOSH. En fait, avec les conseils pas à pas du SAV CTRONICS, j'ai appris qu'il fallait tout simplement désactiver le code pin de la carte SIM. De plus la camera à une trés bonne vision, y compris de nuit, et d'excellentes fonctionnalités. Très satisfait du produit et de la marque qui m'a parfaitement conseillée dont je reste fidèle.
