I wanted to an extra long wedge because I was worried a short one would put stress on my back or neck. This pillow is perfect in length and sturdy. It's also a perfect width so my arms have space on the pillow. It keeps me at the perfect height as I have acid-reflux so it works great to help reduce that. It is a very nice quality pillow and you are able to unzip the cover to launder it. The zipper is also good quality. The material is very soft which was also important to me. Very pleased with this purchase.
