Bad Geyser & pathetic after sales service
Bought 3 Crompton Amica Pro storage geysers & started using them from Nov 2025. From Nov 2025 till now ie in the last 7.5 months, one of the geysers has stopped working at least 5 - 6 times. Everytime a complaint is lodged, they send some local mechanics to repair it. They have refused to replace the geyser under warranty. Each time the mechanic takes at least a week to attend.... Pathetic...regret buying Crompton...that too online.

Product is good but plug was damaged
Product plug was damaged. Therefore you can't be able to check the product without replacing the plug by cutting the wire. After that you will not be able to return.Product is good but after purchasing new product no-one want to face these type of problem at the time of installation. I have a suggestion that please remove that plug and put this with box and the wire should be is open. Soo customer can check easily the product is working or not. Please Deliver the geyser with connection pipes and plug top.

Superb product good use of money but the installation is not free and there no pipes in it so it's a little expensive for those things , I mean if the installation were free it would be a 5 star but let it be ๐ญ
