I’ve been using the iSpring RCC7AK-BLK for about 2 years now and it’s been working really well. Installation was pretty straightforward and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The water tastes good, much better than tap water, and I like that it has the alkaline stage. Filter replacement is also easy once you know how everything is connected. I already changed the filters and didn’t have any issues. Overall it’s been reliable and I’m happy with it. Would recommend it if you want a reverse osmosis system that is not too complicated to install or maintain.

This system seems very well built and the instructions were very clear. The videos were very helpful as well. I installed it by myself on 5-29-26 so it’s brand new but seems to be working fine. I love the taste of the water. I had a bit of trouble on the registration process and called customer service this morning (6-1-26). Robert was very good at handling the warranty registration and also educated me on some technical questions I had. Very good service! It’s so nice when a human answers the support phone line. A couple of tips for installing. (1) if you don’t want to drill a new hole in your countertop, you can find faucets that have a dedicated 3rd supply line for the RO system so don’t hesitate to buy this system because of the hole drilling. (2) be sure to follow the quick connect fitting instructions and cut the tubing squarely. The tubes MUST go into the fitting until the tubes reach the internal O-ring. I’m very pleased with my system! RCC7AK.

I just installed the ispring Rcc7ak and I love it. The water taste better. I wish I did this sooner but anyway better late than never. The installation is easy. My only issue was that the drain saddle doesn’t fit in my plumbing. So I contacted customer service and Francis replied with a link to an adjustable one and to cover the cost, Sent me a replacement filter. I just wish they would Include an adjustable one to make it easier for us that needs it.
