Does this product come with lamp bulb? or we should buy ourselves ?

It comes complete, ready to plug in and switch on. We are very pleased with our two, excellent lights for reading and craft work etc..

Please can you tell me where the on off switch is positioned? It looks as though there's a black spot near the bulb?

The on/off switch is positioned at the top of the lamp on the underside, where the hard plastic starts just after the flexible section and before the bulb. It's very easy to use.

Which is the replacement bulb? I realized my lamp is not from LIFEMAX brand. I got the KINGAVON brand from Express Trading seller. Are they the same?

Sorry not sure! It seems very confusing but someone must know. Ask the supplier perhaps?
