I installed this on an outdoor outlet I use to power my Ring cameras and Govee lights. The old setup was exposed and looked messy — this cover instantly made it safer, cleaner, and weatherproof.Installation was super straightforward. It comes with multiple faceplate options (I used the duplex one), a gasket, and clear instructions. I had to snap off one of the plastic knockouts to fit my heavy-duty extension cord, and it handled it perfectly. The lid closes flush even with both plugs in use, and the extra-duty rating gives peace of mind during Houston’s crazy weather.If you're plugging in anything outdoors — this is a must. Good quality. These are weatherproof NOT waterproof. Water will get in if exposed to direct rain or irrigation.

It was confusing at first the cutout for a GFI was hidden behind the other plates adaptors.It installed easy with the correct adaptor. It did stick out more than I would like but the cover must be able to close with a plug installed by code.

They were easy to install and worked perfectly to replace my broken covers.

Loved it keep things dry

Pretty easy to install. The gasket was malformed which would have allowed water infiltration, but I was able to add on the gasket from the previous cover.Be warned, if you plan on using a thicker outdoor rated power cord such as 12 gauge (which bends less), do NOT get this model. You should get the "deep" sized one instead to allow more room for the cord to bend. Only a thinner power cord will work in this cover.

Weatherproof and fairly attractive. So far, they have held up in the rain and prevented my GFCI's from tripping. I hope they last for years and don't yellow in the sun too quickly.
