...ist in Indonesien allgegenwärtig.Das hier ist wohl wirklich das Originalprodukt; es schmeckt und würzt jedenfalls genau so wie ich es gehofft und in Erinnerung hatte.Man kann es gut verwenden, um diversen Soßen oder Gerichten (auch nicht-asiatischen) einen gewissen "Kick" zu geben.Die ABC Chili Sauce ist dickflüssig, etwa so Tomatenketchup; sie ist aber dennoch u.U. auch als Alternative zu Tabasco Sauce verwendbar.

Love this stuff
I am super sensitive to spicy things that come from chilis that get their "hotness" from oils, but love the taste of spicy things like wasabi. This stuff is great it just about everything. It is spicy, but in a good way and doesn't scald my tongue (I seriously only use mild salsa normally). I eat it on everything. It's especially good in scrambled eggs or Mac and cheese.

Lived in Indonesia for six years. Fell in love with ah bay chat ( ABC) hot and sweet.Glad I found it on Amazon.My son can get it in Denver, but where we live they just look and stare at us when we ask for it. Great on pizzia, eggs, pork, etc 😊
