Product is as represented. This 80 year old finds the seat to be a blessing. The air gage works, there is an attachment to use it to inflate the seat. It takes a bit of effort to inflated the board to 12 lbs and a portable electric compressor may be in the near future. I appreciate the carry bag that makes transport easy and is essential to keep necessary items in one place. The paddle is adequate for a beginner but will be replaced with a longer one after a few more outings. This size is quite stable, easy to get on and off and feels stable while paddleling. It tracks well with an assortment of sketches sizes that are easy to install and remove. Iused the pump to finishing deflation as I was unable to squeeze out the air enough to fit pack in the bag. Product seems quite durable. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

I am very pleased with this iSUP. I am pleasantly surprised about the quality of the material, how well it was packaged, the amount of the items in this excellent, full-featured" starter-kit" paddleboard & top-riding kayak.It comes with the board, pump, inflatable kayak seat with straps, paddles (you can change the set up from single paddle SUP mode or dual paddle kayak mode (one suggestion would be to include on the paddles drip cups to drain off water away from your arms when in kayak paddle mode).Also included is a 10l dry bag, phone dry pouch with waist band that clicks together, large cup/phone holder, Board shoulder carry strap, bow flag that mounts in an M6 mount (good for camera mounting), and of course a heavy duty SUP leash and repair kit. Additionally included: Five stabilizer fins, 2 small side fins and 3 center fins for different environments (Large - for stable and straight travel, mid size for better speed and a smaller one for the shallows. There are bungees on the bow and stern to hold your dry bag or other items to the board or strap down the kayak paddle while in SUP mode (that you can convert if needed). Plenty of D-Ring attachment points for the kayak seat and leash. Carry straps on the bow and stern as well as on the middle of the board for one or two person carry. The board is light when carrying with center strap under my arm. My wife is 5"3 and she was able to carry her ItaoStar Journey 11.6' X 32" board (yes we purchased two!) with ease. Although if windy can be a challenge by yourself.Worth the cost of full price but the vendor has a $100 off coupon that we benefitted from for the two board kits that we purchased.The air pump is multi-mode; inflate/deflate and has a double or single action plunger with pressure gauge (so you do not over inflate). Takes about 10 min (with small rest pauses) to inflate the board (I counted 375 pumps to inflate the board using both double-action and single action pumping). Double-action pumping pushes air into the board on both up & down strokes. The air inlet has a twist lock system for the pump and push-button valve (spring loaded) to set for inflation (air does not escape when inflating; position is up) and deflation (button position is down). Deflation takes about 5 minutes and you use the pump to remove the rest of the air trapped so material is tight together so you can roll it up and store it in the 120l backpack provided. The backpack holds all of the kit materials plus we were able to fit our PFDs and a few other items without over packing the backpack.Travel on water was very smooth (I recommend 15psi, as optimum). The paddles work great and there is no guessing which direction the SUP handle and paddle go due to slotted connections. Adjustable height SUP paddle pole is very nice (with markings for easy adjustment by your height!) Paddles are not huge but they worked excellent in the water. Also once inflated according to directions the board is firm. My frame is larger about 225-230 and 6'1" tall and the board did not budge under my weight nor did it buckle in the water. the wide platform makes it less wobbly and more stable.Instruction book provided. A little bit of grammatical/sentence structure errors due to transliteration from Chinese to English. Yes, it is made in China (I do like buying American) and I decided to make this exception and glad I did. 1 year warranty and I hope I do not need to worry about warranty issues. So far so good. The whole kit was packaged very well with cloth bags for the equipment included and tissue paper between the board rolls to keep material fresh. Everything was packed in the backpack then packaged carefully in a box for shipping. The boat is made of very durable material and had non-slip deck material, very comfortable on your feet.We received a lot of enjoyment and fun and are looking forward to many more great experiences with this board and kit.I watched a ton of YouTube videos some of them about how awful board purchased on Amazon are. I disagree (at this point). The iTaoStar Adventure Extra Wide board (12' X 35", black Topo design (very cool!)) was a good selection for me. I am a happy customer. Highly recommended!

I took this thing into the shipping channels in the ocean and big lakes! Anytime a big boat went by, this SUP took the waves like a champ. Me and adult son were fishing off this thing and walking around on it! Well worth the money! This will take you anywhere a kayak will! My only wish is for a small motor mount on the back! Other than that this is a low budget fisherman’s dream! Rod mounts and cup holders are clutch ! Seat is very comfortable! Bypass everyone at the boat ramp 😂

12’x39”x8”Pros: Very stable. Very hard to flip. Comfortably carries three adults and cooler. Wide range of accessories. Very affordable for oversized paddleboard.Cons: Slow, Harder to turn, Poor adhesive. Hard to pump.Bought this board in early summer 2024. Going on third summer, probably currently has 250-300 hours on it. Fantastic for big people, I’m 5’9” and weigh 260lbs. Have taken it out with 2 people and a big cooler multiple times. Very stable, with 4 fins I can stand on the side on a river and stay upright.My only complaint is build quality, specifically glue. The pads on the top of the board started peeling within 12 hours, and that’s keeping it semi inflated in a cool place. If they could fix that, I’d buy two more of these boards tomorrow.Great for people who want to build confidence on stand up paddleboards and for people who want to be almost guaranteed they won’t get wet if they don’t want to.

Super sturdy ands looks awesome, loved how the blue on the board looks on the water. Larger than I thought, as long as my car. With all the accessories definitely a good value for your money. Pump works good got it to 14psi in about 16 minutes but definitely get yourself a sup pump.

I’ve taken it out on the Santa Fe River a few times now and it’s held up great even after running over rocks and tree branches. I’ve only had the board a few weeks at this point so can’t speak on long-term durability, but unless something drastic happens I think it will hold up fine for multiple years.I’m a big dude (6’ 2” and 350lbs+) and I’m still working myself up to actually standing up in the board, but sitting down with the provided seat it’s very stable. It is an ISUP so you will definitely get wet, but even with my frame the board stays on top of the water. I do fill it to the max of 15 PSI and it is quite rigid. (Edit: after getting used to it, I have been able to stand up on the board. Still not used to using those muscles to balance lol but I can stand up and sit down without falling with gear on the board. Pretty sturdy.)It stores easily in the provided bag, which is big enough to hold some extra gear, I store my electric pump in it, plus all the accessories they include with no problem. Set-up is easy and straight forward, all the accessories are good quality, my iPhone 15 pro max does not fit in the phone holder/cup holder combo but that wasn’t super important to me. The dry bags are nice and work as they should.For an under $300 combo for the board, bag, plus all the extra fins and accessories it is an absolute steal for a starter board to get into the hobby and see if it’s something you want to continue doing.

Product quality and quality control is not nearly as good as other SUP's that I have owned and had experience with over the past several years. Items delivered were poorly made and did not fit, hardware and parts were missing, and as a result the paddle was not usable, the board was not usable on the water and accessories that were to come with the board and make the SUP's use better were missing in the delivered package. This resulted in me wasting a lot of time figuring out any options to keep the board or to order another board to replace this one. I was forced to package it back up to return it and order another board. I would not have confidence in this manufacturer or its distributor to order from them again.

Seems very delux! I’m new to paddle boarding but it looked like fun and we needed more watercraft to accommodate people new to SUP and kayaking. This can be used either way and has a real cushy seat for “kayaking“. I found it easy to use after watching a few videos and teaching myself on a narrower, shorter one.

Als Familie mit drei Kindern haben wir lange nach dem passenden Stand Up Paddle Board gesucht und dieses hier nun ausprobiert und ich kann sagen, es sind alle begeistert.Füllt man mit der mitgelieferten, recht hochwertigen Handpumpe, etwas Schweiß-treibend 15 PSI in das SUP ein, hält es problemlos 2 Erwachsene und drei kleinere Kinder und biegt sich nicht durch...Ein echter Benefit ist der aufblasbare Sitz, erlaubt er doch ein deutlich komfortableres Dahingleiten mit weniger Windangriffsfläche und schnelleres Fahren mit dem Sup.Was mir auch sehr gut gefällt sind die ganzen Befestigungsmöglichkeiten inklusive Schlaufen für das Paddel, drei verschiedene Größen für die mittlere Finne und viele weitere Details...Mett sind auch die mitgelieferte Tasche für das Handy und die wasserfeste Tasche.Der Rucksack ist großzügig ausgelegt, man bekommt das SUP mit Leichtigkeit hinein, da ist dadurch natürlich ordentlich groß...Alles in allem kann ich das SUP durchaus empfehlen

It is very comfortable to use a kayak chair on long tours. The accessories are also all very good, you can quickly inflate it with the pump that comes with it. I can only recommend it, it worked for me..

Absolutely loving my board!! Been out on it a few times now. It tracks well the bag is sturdy and kayak mode is fun. The only downside is it's quite heavy.
